HOW DO I BOOK?
Making a booking with Sky Castles Cork couldn't be easier. Simply use the availability checker on the home page to check what is available on your date and follow the instructions on screen. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Prices vary depending on which castle you wish to book. All of these prices are listed here on our website next to each product. These are base prices, they may vary depending on the intended use and a delivery charge may apply if you are outside of our catchment area.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Generally for weekend bookings your bouncy castle will be dropped to you on either Thursday or Friday. Collections start again on Monday morning and are usually finished by Tuesday evening.. Alternative arrangements can be made if this does not suit or you are having a midweek party.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER BOUNCY CASTLES?
We offer bouncy castle hire in County Cork. This includes parts of Cork City and most surrounding areas. We are based in Ballinhassig and some of our key delivery areas include Ballincollig, Kinsale and Carrigaline.
WHAT SORT OF SURFACE IS REQUIRED FOR THE INFLATABLE?
The surface where you are placing the inflatable needs to be relatively flat, a grass surface and clean with no sharp objects including rocks. We will not set up on hard or rough surfaces such as stones and concrete as this may damage the inflatable.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
We do require a €30 minimum deposit to book an inflatable.
This is a non refundable booking fee. If you wish to cancel for any reason it will not be returned as it will cover the time involved in processing your booking. If you wish to reschedule your booking for a date within the year it can be removed from the amount owed on this booking.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE FOR A BOOKING?
Bookings are welcome at any time, but act swiftly to secure your spot. Our schedule tends to fill up fast, so we highly recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you don't miss out on the fun!
HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay by cash or revolut upon delivery of your inflatable or you can pay using bank transfer or Revolut prior to your inflatable being delivered. We can also accept card payments.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We've got you covered, rain or shine. Our inflatables come equipped with built-in rain covers, so light showers won't spoil your day of fun. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, you have the flexibility to reschedule your inflatable for another day. Please note that bad weather on your booking day does not qualify for a refund. For safety, we recommend temporarily removing kids from the inflatable during rain to prevent slipping. You can use a towel to dry any wet surface areas before the children resume their play.
HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED?
You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front of your inflatable and a minimum of 2 all around. Please make sure the surrounding area is clear of garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. Each unit size and required space is included on our website under the the "size" tab next to "details" in each product.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE INFLATABLE ARRIVES?
Preparing for your inflatable is important. Before your inflatable arrives, please ensure that the designated area is clean and free of any sharp objects, as well as any messy items. For safety and convenience, relocate any furniture such as garden furniture, swings, or play sets to prevent obstructions.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN THAT CAN USE THE CASTLE/SLIDE/OBSTACLE COURSE AT ONE TIME?
Safety is key and safe usage limits should not be exceeded. Each of our inflatables, whether it's a bouncy castle, slide, or obstacle course, features a clear guide printed on the side or front. In addition, our dedicated drivers provide a safety briefing during each delivery, offering guidance on the capacity of our inflatables.
ARE YOUR UNITS CLEAN?
Absolutely, cleanliness is our priority. At Sky Castles Cork, all our inflatables are meticulously cleaned and maintained to ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for your children..
CAN YOU DELIVER WITH NO SIDE ENTRANCE AND TAKE CASTLE THROUGH THE HOUSE?
Bouncy castles are larger and heavier than you might anticipate, and for their safe transport, we employ sizable trolleys. Not all of our castles are small enough to fit through a standard sized doorway. Please contact us directly to discuss options that will fit through the house. We will not be held responsible for any cracked tiles/flooring or damages to any items within the household if you ask us to bring the inflatable through the house.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes we are fully insured and all castles are inspected and receive safety certificates annually.
DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIFIC THEMES?
We have a wide range of themes available for our bouncy castles; you should be able to find an inflatable that suits your event perfectly with us. We have inflatables in themes such as superheroes, Pokemon and Toy Story. Simply select the inflatable that best suits your big day!
